During the party, several of us went upstairs to attend a blessing ceremony given by Tang Rinpoche to bless several thankgas that were purchased on the trip. |

To our surprise, there were a number of places that sold excellent thankgas. Though they were still expensive, they were considerably cheaper than retail in the US. Here the thangkas are receiving the blessing of Tang Rinpoche. |
